Knowing the person who joins your team is very important. Cultural fit is proven to affect performance. Things happen and you don`t want to learn the hard way that fitting is going to be an issue. So, this is how I think and react when things happen.
What do I do when faced with a challenge?
For me, the approach is crucial, and adapting fast is the key. I propose and take responsibility, ownership, and initiatives to create and build a win-win situation with a facing challenge. Furthermore, I’m trying to make an impact and learn from every facing challenge to use this approach as an example of good practice. Eventually, I’m focusing on improvements.
What do I do when faced with an opportunity?
Every opportunity is a gift and it’s up to us how we will approach it. I embrace every opportunity to measure causing effects and impact on business. I evaluate, learn from it, and I engage other opinions.
How do I approach any project I start working on?
Every project brings new responsibilities, new teams, new knowledge, and for me new joy. My approach is always enthusiastic but careful. I’m looking forward to meeting my team, the project requirements, stakeholders, and the new values that we are going to create. For me, this is a chance to gain new knowledge and learn from my teammates. With a solution-oriented and win-win mindset, I’m trying to make an impact to prioritize outcomes and fast learning cycles.
What types of projects keep me excited?
As someone who has a strong interest in informational technology and innovations, I love to build from ZERO and I am not afraid of any challenge. I also like the type of projects from which I can certainly see the change, team effort, impact, and common good as result. A kind of project from which my team and I can make a difference.
