AC Food is a member of AS Holding group and it’s an FMCG production company that holds a great portfolio of products. I worked here for two years in the position of Brand/Product Marketing Manager.
This particular role was very demanding, thrilling, and interesting because it gives you the freedom and flexibility to be an essential element in the product/brand development, a part of the technological production department, and on the other side, it gives you the responsibility to lead product/brand in the online world, to implement an appropriate marketing strategy, to drive brand awareness and provide market visibility and constantly improve online presence and the product/brand community content.
To achieve this, I knew that I needed a solid terrain to accomplish my tasks so I used my marketing stack and previous knowledge to
- Research competition to learn and find out our comparative advantages
- Research and Develop user persona profiles to find everything I could about their behaviour and habits to tailor-made something that would be at least, interesting and engaging for them
- Develop a memorable user-friendly designed web pages that will logically guide visitors through the page
- To facilitate later SEM I had to assure that the new web page has a strong and sustainable technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- I have developed and written engaging content and scaled keywords in links, copy, and headlines to engage visitors, educate them and facilitate later Search campaigns
- I optimized high-quality photos to speed up the page run and I have quality tested the page in structure, copy, links, push notifications, and performance in general
- I used Google Analytics and website tracking tools to improve and learn about visitors’ behaviour and insights to evaluate the campaign’s success and set new retargeting campaigns as well
After the solid ground has been prepared, I was being in able to push traffic on the webpage and conduct A/B testing Ads, Google Ads campaigns, and newsletter campaigns. Here is some of my work:
